The hotel had comfortable and spacious rooms with good amenities such as drinking hot water when requested and a polite and helpful front desk staff. the location was convenient with a market nearby offering easy access to ATMs, sweets, and medicines.
The hotel had significant drawbacks such as poor cleanliness and maintenance. The water provided for shower and basin was incredibly salty and smelly, and the bed sheets, pillows and towels were not hygienic.

The hotel offered comfortable and spacious rooms that gave us a nice homey feeling during our city trip. we loved the fact that it was conveniently located close to the main train station and other local attractions. One of the best aspects was the great room service that provided us with tasty food and attentive customer care.
Sadly, the surrounding area was noisy, crowded, and quite polluted, which could be overwhelming and annoying at times. we were disappointed with the lack of restaurant options available nearby, forcing us to rely on food trucks and roadside stalls.
